Part and Fully Trained Dogs
HOME WANTED – Patouche Suzette
“Bibi” is For Sale and in need of a wonderful new home.
Patouche Pistache x Horus de Tremouard at Patouche
Patouche Suzette, aka “Bibi” is looking for a 5 star home through no fault of her own. She has been worked, is fully health tested, house trained and good with other dogs. A biddable little bitch, almost 5 years old. Please call me, she is currently living with Sian Ryan who is fostering her temporarily. I will not consider a home where she will be living in a kennel, she is for sale on behalf of her previous owner, who is only parting with her due to a change in circumstances. Works, retrieves, enjoys beach walks and life on the settee! Active or working home essential. (28th Feb ’26)

Puppies for Sale
“Wren” had a beautiful litter of Brittany puppies born on 19th September ’25!
Tillybirloch Otis at Patouche X Rhapsodie de la Riviere at Patouche
All the litter went to fantastic homes for working, showing and active life. *Please note that all our puppies have breeding endorsements).
“Wren” (tricolour) is by Ch Patouche Milord x Nellcote de la Riviere Oureau and “Ted” (O&W) is out of Ch Tillybirloch Jem x Patouche Givenchy and naturally tailess. This litter will have an impressive number of Elite Champions in their pedigree too and will only go to knowledgeable owners, these bloodlines have a slightly steadier working style than our more Keranlouan based lines, but efficient workers and love to hunt. We don’t show so much now, but both are doing well under breed specialists; Ted has currently 2x CCs and multiple Reserve Best In Shows and a Best In Show at BCGB club shows, Wren has 1x CC and 1x RCC, won Reserve Best In Show at the BCGB champ show too.
Both parents have excellent temperaments, are keen retrievers and love to swim. Wren produced all the colours in her last litter 2 years ago. Our dogs have excellent and below breed average hip scores.
All Patouche puppies are fully KC registered along with a 5 generation pedigree, micro-chipped, legally docked, and puppies will have insurance and breeding endorsements.
We do prefer to talk to potential puppy owners over the phone, so please ring us if you are making an enquiry…

Pictures of a typical Patouche puppy:
Our puppies are well socialised and brought up in the home…
It is a myth to think that bitches are easier to manage, more affectionate, more obedient and softer in temperament than a male.
My findings are that what matters most is; the personality of the individual puppy and how it matches that of the potential owner. Colour and sex should be secondary to a good nature and a well made puppy. Above all each puppy has to be fit for its future function, be it a pet or working companion.
All puppies sold will be collected at 8 weeks old, unless with previous agreement. Thereafter, boarding fees will apply if not able to collect then.
A well bred male puppy is even tempered, honest and just as eager to please. Food for thought!
A few things to Consider
What this means is that your future puppy will still hunt and quarter the fields but if not trained and let off the lead at a young age, could very well hunt the whole of the county in 5 minutes flat!
A puppy will need to explore and use his nose, keeping it on the lead until he/she is a teenager (6 to 7 months) is a recipe for disaster. A Brittany has a reputation for being a little stubborn, this is not correct, it’s his passion that will take over in doing what he is bred to do.
He is good with children, though can be boisterous for little ones as he likes to jump up to be closer to his owners. Children should also be aware that playing rough games like tug of war with toys without letting the pup have them back, could result later in “mouthing” over excitement and possibly becoming dominant.
A dog is like a person, they need “chill out” time with a place of their own and time to sleep. Remember a responsible breeder will always give you back up if you think things are going wrong.
The Brittany is the most rewarding breed one could wish for, and I hope this paragraph will help in your future choice…
